WHAT TO EXPECT DURING CONSULTATION & TREATMENTS
Before your consultation, we will email you the intake forms, and other info that assists in client preparation. These forms help us assess your health history to determine if our manual therapy is right for you.
All sessions are provided in-clinic. I am not offering outcall services at this time. My clinic room is located at 8879 W Flamingo Rd, #204-B, 89147 (Listed as Vibe Bodywork on Google Maps). It is in the Pageantry Flamingo Center, on the right side of the building, behind NAB Nail Bar. The sign above the door is LV Holistic Health. I am on the second level, first door on the right.
During the consultation, I will ask you questions about your situation, perform a thorough assessment, and usually conduct an exploratory first treatment.
In treatment sessions, you will typically remain fully clothed, with clothing removed only when necessary to access bare skin for proper manual therapy. If any clothing must be removed, you will be draped with a towel or blanket for your privacy. We use hypoallergenic Cetaphil cream and non-comedogenic organic sunflower oil as lubricants. PLEASE INFORM US OF ANY SKIN ALLERGIES.
CLIENT PREPARATION
*For optimal comfort during your session, please do not eat within two hours of your appointment.
*If possible, showering before your appointment is appreciated, and we ask that you wear clean clothing to maintain hygiene.
*To enhance your experience, wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows for easy stretching during treatment.
*It is essential to arrive sober, and we kindly request that you do not attend your appointment if you feel unwell or suspect you may be getting sick.
*For all clients under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must be present in the room during the treatment.
In preparation for your consultation appointment, please ensure that the necessary documents are completed. This client preparation is crucial, particularly the health history form related to your manual therapy session. If you cannot download or print these documents, you are welcome to fill them out at the clinic at any time before your appointment.
