If you have a prescription/referral from your medical doctor for massage therapy, and your insurance company covers it, please provide this information to us well in advance of any scheduled treatments. We also accept payments by cash, check, credit card via Square, PayPal to realchi@gmail.com, and by Venmo to Vibe-Bodywork. If your insurance company will reimburse you, Receipts & Superbills are available upon request. Enjoy $20-$40 off of all services when paying with paper cash! $9 added to credit card transactions.
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING CONSULTATION & TREATMENTS
Before your consultation you will be emailed the intake forms to fill out that will initially help to determine if this work is right for you. You will also be sent specific directions to the clinic location.
During the consultation I will ask you questions about your situation, provide a thorough assessment, and usually perform an exploratory first treatment.
During treatment sessions, you normally will be fully clothed, and will only be asked to remove clothing when the bare skin must be accessed for proper treatment. If an item of clothing is asked to be removed, you will always be draped with a towel or blanket to ensure privacy. Lubricants used include hypoallergenic Cetaphil cream, and non-comedogenic organic sunflower oil. PLEASE INFORM US OF ANY SKIN ALLERGIES.
CLIENT PREPARATION
*Please do not eat within two hours of your appointment.
*Please shower before your appointment, if possible, and wear clean clothing.
*Please wear loose, comfortable clothing that is easy to stretch in.
*Do not come to your appointment intoxicated, and please do not come when you are sick or feel you may be getting sick.
*All clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present in the room during the treatment.
